Pijul

Pijul is a distributed version control system built on a sound mathematical theory of patches, designed to solve merge and conflict problems that Git handles less cleanly — particularly around cherry-picking commits and reordering history. Because patches in Pijul commute in a mathematically well-defined way, operations like partial merges and history reordering are more predictable than Git's.
