Support and response time

Email wrich007@gmail.com from the address on your listing. Target first response: Growth within 48 hours, Featured within 24 hours, Exclusive within 12 hours, on working days. Free listings get email support without a stated time.

Complaints about a review or a listing

Agencies dispute a review from the Reviews page of their dashboard; we decide and email the outcome. Buyers who see a wrong or misleading listing can report it by email, and we investigate it. We do not remove honest reviews because an agency is unhappy with them.

Your data

Owners can download everything we hold and delete their listing from the Account page.
