How listings are ordered and scored
Listing is free
Every agency can be listed for free with its name, description and basic details. Paid plans add tools and visibility. They never change reviews or ratings.
How the directory is ordered
The default order on category and country pages is, in this sequence:
- Agencies on the Featured and Exclusive plans that have the featured flag, shown with a Featured label.
- Agencies that upgraded to a paid plan in the last 24 hours (a one-time launch boost that expires).
- The manual featured order set by us.
- Average rating from approved reviews.
You can instead sort by rating, newest or name, and those sorts ignore plan completely.
Sponsored placements
Some positions are sold as sponsored placements for a category or country. Each one carries a visible Sponsored label and never changes the organic order or counts.
Ratings
The rating on a profile is the plain average of approved reviews. Reviews are checked by us before they appear. Invited reviews are marked as from a verified client. An agency can reply publicly or dispute a review, and we decide disputes; a plan cannot buy a rating or remove a review.
Badges
Verified business means the agency gave a company registration number that we checked against the public registry. Verified means the listing was claimed through email verification.
