bupaR

bupaR is an open-source R package suite for process mining — analyzing event log data to discover, visualize, and audit how a business process actually executes in practice, versus how it's documented to work.

Given a log of timestamped events (order placed, payment received, shipped, etc.), it reconstructs the real process flow, flags bottlenecks and deviations, and produces process maps — useful for auditing workflows that exist as data trails in ERP, ticketing, or ecommerce systems.

Built for R users already working in that ecosystem; teams without an R analytics background typically reach for Celonis or ProcessGold instead for a more turnkey commercial tool.
