Azure Repos

Azure Repos (part of Azure DevOps, formerly known under the older Team Foundation Server/TFS name) provides Git or Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC) source repositories with pull requests, branch policies, and code review tooling. It integrates natively with the rest of Azure DevOps — work item linking to commits and PRs, and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD — and is commonly used by organizations already standardized on Microsoft's ALM (application lifecycle management) tooling, particularly those migrating legacy TFVC codebases to Git.
